How to Reset Network Settings on Samsung Galaxy Phones on Android 7.0 or Higher

Procedure

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap General Management
  3. Tap Reset
  4. Tap Reset Network Settings
  5. Tap Reset Settings
    • Note: If prompted, enter your PIN, password or pattern
  6. Tap Reset Settings one more time to confirm

Additional Notes

Doing this will remove all network settings, including saved WiFi networks and Bluetooth connections.

After the process is complete, the cell triangle in the upper right corner will appear empty until the phone has restored the cellular credentials from our network partner.
