Why Was I Charged Twice for Monthly Service?

Bill cycle dates are account specific. If a friend or family member also has a Republic Wireless account with the same credit card on file, this may result in multiple charges.

Activating a new phone with a different email address and the same card can also result in multiple billings per month. 

In some cases the financial institution will place an authorization hold on the bank account for the same amount as the actual bill. This hold will be removed from the account in a matter of days.

Create a Help Ticket for assistance with the charges in question. It may be helpful to provide a copy or screenshot of the bank statement to help our billing team understand what you are seeing.
