- Go to Settings
- Tap System
- Tap About Phone
- Tap Model & Hardware
- Look underneath Model Number (SKU)
Additional Notes
If you have an open Help ticket and are requested to, take a screenshot and attach it to your ticket
On some Motorola phones, the model number is also printed on the bottom of the phone next to the charging port
