Purchased and activated a new phone on a new service line
Republic phones are automatically assigned a number when activated. This number can be kept as long as needed. The number can also be changed to a new number or replaced with a number brought from another provider.
If you are waiting for your number to be transferred in, the number assigned during activation is a great way for you to start testing out the service. Once the new number is transferred in, the other number will go away.
