How to Set Up or Update Your Account PIN

Objective

  • Set up or update the PIN for your owner or user account

Environment

  • Online Account Portal
  • Account Owner
  • Account User

Procedure

  1. Log in to your Account portal
  2. Click Account Settings
  3. Click PIN
  4. Click the Pencil icon on the right side of the screen next to PIN
  5. Enter your New PIN
    Note: Your PIN must be 4-digits and can only contain numbers
  6. Enter your PIN again in the Repeat PIN field
  7. Click Update

Additional Notes

  • If you have assigned users to any service line on your account, the user will need to log into their account portal with the user email address that you have assigned to set their PIN
    • If no additional users are set up on the account, the account owner's PIN will be used for all service lines 
  • Account owners can't change PINs for service lines that have a user assigned to them
