How to Set Up or Update Your Account PIN


  • Set up or update the PIN for your owner or user account


  • Online Account Portal
  • Account Owner
  • Account User


  1. Log in to your Account portal
  2. Click Account Settings
  3. Click PIN
  4. Click Edit
  5. Enter your New PIN
    Note: Your PIN must be 4-digits and can only contain numbers
  6. Enter your PIN again in the Confirm New PIN field
  7. Click Update

Additional Notes

  • If you have assigned users to any service line on your account, the user will need to be unassigned as the setting of assigned user PINs is currently not functioning as intended.
    • If no additional users are set up on the account, the account owner's PIN will be used for all service lines 
  • Account owners can't change PINs for service lines that have a user assigned to them
