Symptoms
- When activating the phone, receives the error "You must be the account owner to activate this device"

Resolution
On accounts where there may be more than one user, only the Account Owner's email address may be used to activate a phone.
Additional Notes
Secondary users can do the following:
- Change their name
- Change their email address
- Request a number transfer
- View their usage
- View their call history
- Open Help Tickets
