Not Getting Text Notification Alerts on Samsung Phones


  • No indication of notification or alert sound when a text is received

  2. Perform cache wipes: Clear the System Cache

  3. Clear the Messaging Data: How to Clear the Messaging Data 

  4. With an alternate phone, send a text to your Republic Wireless number 
  5. If no notification alert sounds, please open a Support Ticket or respond to your existing ticket and list the troubleshooting steps you have completed.
