  3. Ensure the Republic Wireless App Is Not Put to Sleep by the Samsung Operating System
  4. Perform cache wipes: Clear the System Cache

  5. Clear the Messaging Data: How to Clear the Messaging Data 

  6. With an alternate phone, send a text to your Republic Wireless number 
  7. If no notification alert sounds, please open a Support Ticket or respond to your existing ticket and list the troubleshooting steps you have completed.
