Boot up failure in the phone's operating system
This isn't an activation issue, as service for the phone isn't technically the cause. The phone is "activating" it's resources as part of the startup (or "booting up").
While we would like you to contact Republic Help, you may be able to resolve this by performing an External Reset of the phone
