Moto E1 Stuck in "Activating"


  • Shows "activating" during startup and gets stuck here
  • The screen on the phone won't change

Perform an External Reset of the phone.


Boot up failure in the phone's operating system

Additional Notes

This isn't an activation issue, as service for the phone isn't technically the cause.  The phone is "activating" it's resources as part of the startup (or "booting up").  

While the external reset will be necessary, you may contact Republic Help for assistance completing these steps.
