Please open a help request with the following information.
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap About phone.
- Select Status, and confirm the Wi-Fi MAC address and the Serial number.
- Next, from the same Status page, select IMEI information and confirm the MEID and ICCID.
- Note: The Moto E1 and Moto G1 will not have an ICCID field.
