We don't have a customer service number because we don't believe sitting on hold listening to cheesy elevator music and corny advertisements is a good use of your time. Instead, we'd rather give that time back to you to do the things that are important to you. Use one of the options below to get help or contact us.

Log into the Help Center and click the Chat with us button towards the bottom/center of the page during our scheduled chat hours to start chatting.
Open a Help ticket and one of our Help team members will get back to you soon. After you submit the ticket, a member of the Help team will respond back to the account e-mail you used to submit the ticket. You can also view your existing and past Help tickets in your account.
