- To pay an overdue balance

- Sign in to your Account
- Click Update payment method in the banner
- Click Edit Payment Method in the Payment Method section
- Enter your new payment information, then click Save. Please re-type all the information even if it is the same.
- You'll see a notification and receive an email to confirm that we've received your payment, saved your new payment info, and (if applicable) reinstated your account
The payment information will still need to be updated when attempting to use the same card on file. Keep in mind that payment is automatically attempted when the card on file is updated.
