FAQ: When do you charge my card?

Phones and Accessories

Payment is attempted for in-stock phones and accessories the day you place your order with us. If a phone and/or accessory is on backorder, payment will be attempted when the item is in stock. On that day, you'll be charged the price of the ordered items, taxes, and a non-refundable shipping fee.

Note: If you're financing your phone and/or accessory order, you'll be charged by Affirm based on their guidelines. Please see Financing with Affirm for more information.

Monthly Service Charges

New Service Line Charge

On the day you activate your phone, you’ll be charged your first monthly plan charge (plus taxes and surcharges) to the credit card we have on file for your account. This amount will be prorated from the day you activate your phone to your next scheduled bill cycle date.

Recurring Monthly Service Charges

On your scheduled bill cycle date each month, you will be billed for the active service lines on your account.

Have an existing credit balance on my account?

If you have a credit balance on your account, it will be applied automatically to future bill statements until it’s fully diminished.

Annual Payment Option

If you switch to the Annual Payment Option then you will be charged on your next billing cycle date after you submit your order through your Republic Wireless application.
