For DEFY XT Users

All unanswered calls are automatically transferred to your voicemail, even if your phone is in use or turned off. You should set up your voicemail and personal greeting as soon as you receive your phone.

Note: Forwarding voicemail to YouMail is not currently supported. Please also be aware that beginning March 8, 2016, there is a 500 voicemail message limit. You may not have more than 500 voicemail messages in your mailbox. If someone calls you and you have more than 500 voicemail messages, the caller will receive a mailbox full message and will be unable to leave you a message.
