This article provides information regarding our shipping methods, estimated shipping times, and how to view and track your order.
Shipping costs are calculated based on ZIP code during the checkout process and will vary.

- If you're ordering multiple phones, all phones in that order will need to ship to the same address. If you need to ship phones to multiple addresses, you can create a separate order for each address.
- Shipments are only available to addresses in the contiguous United States. This would not include Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.
- Shipments cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Not all shipping options will be available for every order. The items and quantities within your cart dictate which shipping options are available for your order.
Fulfillment times may vary based on supply, which means orders may not always ship the same day you place the order. While your shipping method determines the amount of time the order takes to reach you once it has been shipped, our online store shows you how long it may take before that order ships:

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday-Friday, except for holidays or where otherwise noted) for all shipping methods.

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday-Friday, except for holidays or where otherwise noted) for all shipping methods. For FedEx Standard Overnight, orders made between Friday 3 p.m. ET and Monday 3 p.m. ET will typically be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

*Delivery times for all methods (except FedEx Standard Overnight) are approximate.
**Orders placed after 3 p.m. ET will be fulfilled and shipped on the following business day, and delivered on the next business day after fulfillment. (For example, an order placed Wednesday after 3 p.m. ET would be fulfilled and shipped on Thursday, and delivered on Friday by the specified time for the shipping method.)
After you've placed your order, you'll receive an email when your order has shipped, including your tracking number and shipment info.
You can also view your order status in your online account portal
- Sign into your account
- On the left side, click Orders, Payments, & Returns
- Your recent orders, payments, and returns will be shown
Note: Your most recent order will be displayed first.
As soon as your order has been confirmed, you can view it under the Orders & Payments tab. Phone orders will have two items associated with it:
This is your statement for the products that you purchased and is charged at the time you place your order. Click on the order for more details.
Pending New Purchase
This is your statement for your monthly service plan and is listed as pending because you won't be charged for this until you activate your phone. Click on the order for more details.
Once you've been charged for your monthly service plan, the status will change to Monthly Service.
Pending New Purchase (Back Ordered)
If there's an item in your order that's on back order, it will appear in your portal. If you have multiple items in your order and only one item is on back order, your entire order will be placed in back order status.
If your order has been placed on back order, you have the option to cancel the entire order by clicking on CANCEL. If you'd like to know which item is on back order, please contact Republic Help.
