To redeem this promotion, you need to:

To check your available storage in Google Drive:
Go to www.google.com/settings/storage to see how you're using your storage across Google Drive, Gmail, and Google+ Photos.
Note: The page may take a few minutes to update after you redeem the additional 50GB of storage to reflect the additional space.
If this is your first time launching Google Drive:
- Open the Drive app on your phone by tapping Apps, then tapping Drive.
- Review and accept the terms and conditions.
- When the offer page appears, tap Redeem.
- Choose the Google account where you'd like to apply the promotion.
If you have previously launched Google Drive, but did not redeem:
- Open the Drive app on your phone by tapping Apps, then tapping Drive.
- Tap Menu in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Product Tour.
- When the offer page appears, tap Redeem.
- Choose the Google account where you'd like to apply the promotion.
Troubleshooting error messages
- Offer expired
To be eligible to receive an additional 50GB of Google Drive storage space for 2 years, you must redeem this offer within 30 days of activation of your new Moto G (1st Gen.) or Moto X (1st Gen.).
- Failure to retrieve offer
If the Redeem button disappears and Google Drive displays the error message "Failed retrieving offer from server, please try again," please try the following:
- Check your data connection.
Once you have a cellular or WiFi data connection, close Drive, relaunch the app, and go to Menu > Product Tour to access the offer. - Make sure you're redeeming the offer on an eligible device.
To be eligible to receive an additional 50GB of Google Drive storage space for 2 years, you must redeem this offer within 30 days of activation of your new Moto G (1st Gen.) or Moto X (1st Gen.). - Contact Motorola Help.
If you still see this error, contact Motorola Help for assistance.
- Failure to connect to redemption server
If offer redemption fails and Google Drive displays the error message "Could not connect to the redemption server", please try the following:
- Check your data connection.
Once you have a cellular or WiFi data connection, close Drive, relaunch the app, and go to Menu > Product Tour to access the offer. - Try again later
The redemption server may be temporarily unavailable or offline. Wait, and then close Drive, relaunch the app, and go to Menu > Product Tour to access the offer. - Contact Motorola Help.
If you see this error more than twice in 24 hours, contact Motorola Help for assistance.
- Offer already redeemed
If offer redemption fails and Google Drive displays the error message "This offer has already been redeemed", the following may apply:
- This offer was already redeemed on your device.
The unique voucher associated to your phone has already been applied. You may see this error after a factory data reset or if another user redeemed the offer from your phone using their own Google account.
- This offer was already redeemed on your device.
- This offer or a similar offer was already redeemed on your Google account.
You must select a different Google Account to apply the promotion to, or wait until the initial 12 month period has passed to attempt an offer redemption again from this device.
