Before you submit a number transfer request to bring your current number to Republic Wireless, you’ll need the following information from your other provider:
- The phone number you want to transfer
- Your account number
- Your PIN or password
- Your billing address

AT&T Mobility
- Account Number: You can find your account number on your bill by signing into your online account.
- *For bundled services, account number will be 12 digits listed under your wireless account summary
- PIN/Password: This will be the last 4 digits of the AT&T Wireless account holder's phone number, unless manually changed
- *For bundled services, you'll need to call customer service to get your 4-digit PIN

AT&T Prepaid (formerly GoPhone)
- Account Number: Account # is not listed in your online account. You will need to call the AT&T Number Transfer Request Line at 888.898.7685 to obtain
- PIN/Password: This is your 4-digit PIN
Boost Mobile
- Account Number: Enter your nine-digit account number
- PIN/Password: Enter the 4-digit PIN that you use to sign into your online account

Century Link
- Account Number: The account number is in the upper right-hand corner of your bill. It is the phone number plus 3 digits
- PIN/Password: You do not need a PIN to transfer your number out of Century Link. If asked, you may enter 1111 as your PIN
Chit Chat Mobile
- Account Number: The account number is on the left side of your Chit Chat Mobile Dashboard
- PIN/Password: Enter the last 4 digits of your phone number
Consumer Cellular
- Account Number: You can find your 9-digit account number by signing into your online account
- PIN/Password: Enter the last 4 digits of the account owner's SSN
- Additional Notes: After submitting this number transfer, you'll need to open a Help ticket with Republic Wireless and attach a copy of your Consumer Cellular bill dated within the last 30 days. If you need help getting this info, please contact Consumer Cellular at 888.345.5509
FreedomPop
- Account Number: The account number is your 10-digit phone number
- PIN/Password: Enter the last 4 digits of your phone number
- Additional Notes: You can also find your port out information in your FreedomPop online account by following the instructions at How to port your FreedomPop number to another carrier
Google Fi
- Account Number: Google Fi will provide your account number and PIN/Password once you go through the cancellation steps provided here
- PIN/Password: Google Fi will provide your account number and PIN/Password once you go through the cancellation steps provided here
- Additional Notes: When going through Google Fi's cancellation process, make sure to choose to Transfer your number to another carrier. If you need any help getting this info, please go to their Help Center
Google Voice
- Account Number: The account number is your Google Voice phone number
- PIN/Password: Enter the last 4 digits of your Google Voice phone number
- Additional Notes: Before transferring a Google Voice number, you'll need to unlock it by following the instructions here. There is a $3 fee (charged by Google Voice) to transfer your number away from Google Voice (the fee is waived for users who moved their numbers into Google Voice). H2O Wireless
- Account Number: The account number is your 20-digit SIM number located on your SIM card
- PIN/Password: Enter the last 4 digits of the SIM card number
- Additional Notes: You may need to verify the last 3 or 4 calls you made or received before H20 Wireless will release your number for transfer. Consider calling their customer service 800.643.4926 and giving that information to speed up the transfer process. It's possible that unless you make that call, you won't be able to transfer your number out
Lycamobile
- Account Number: The account number is your 11-digit account number
- PIN/Password: Enter your 4-digit CIP number. Lycamobile sends this number via text when you first register your account online

Metro by T-Mobile (formerly MetroPCS)
- Account Number: The account number is a 9-digit number (not a phone number). It can be found on your online profile
- PIN/Password: Enter your call-in passcode (generally 8-digit birthdate unless you've changed it)
NET10 Wireless
- Account Number: The account number is the IMEI or MEID serial number of the phone, if you purchased your phone from NET10. If you brought your own phone to NET10, it will be the last 15 digits of your SIM card number. You can also view the account number in the "My Account" section of NET10's website by clicking Add (or Edit) Nickname. It will be listed as the "Serial Number"
- PIN/Password: No PIN is used. You may enter 1111 as a placeholder
Page Plus Cellular
- Account Number: The account number is your 10-digit phone number
- PIN/Password: Enter the last 4 digits of your phone number, unless you've changed the PIN with Page Plus
SafeLink Wireless
- Account Number: The account number is the IMEI or MEID serial number of the phone
- PIN/Password: No PIN is used. You may enter 1111 as a placeholder
Sprint
- Account Number: The account number is on your Sprint bill or you can access it by signing into your online account
- PIN/Password: Enter the security PIN you use when you call Sprint customer service. You can also view your PIN from your online account

Straight Talk
- Account Number: The account number is the IMEI or MEID serial number of the phone, if you purchased your phone from Straight Talk. If you brought your own phone to Straight Talk, it will be the last 15 digits of your SIM card number. You can also view the account number in the "My Account" section of Straight Talk's website by clicking Add (or Edit) Nickname. It will be listed as the "Serial Number"
- PIN/Password: No PIN is used. You may enter 1111 as a placeholder
Ting Inc.
- Account Number: The account number can be found on your online account. Once signed in, go to the Account settings tab, then scroll to the bottom and click Port out information

- Account Number: The account number is the IMEI or MEID serial number of the phone, if you purchased your phone from TracFone. If you brought your own phone to TracFone, it will be the last 15 digits of your SIM card number. - PIN/Password: The security PIN can be located on your TracFone profile page while logged into the account online. If you do not know the security PIN, contact TracFone for assistance
U.S. Cellular
- Account Number: To obtain your account number, please contact U.S. Cellular at 888.944.9400

Verizon
- Account Number: The account number can be found on your Verizon bill or on your online account
- PIN/Password: Enter the security password you use when you call Verizon customer service
